Why must I provide confirmation of insurance to you?
You are responsible under the lease contract for obtaining insurance on all equipment leased from National Leasing and you are required to provide us with written proof of insurance. A confirmation of insurance form was enclosed in the letter sent to you regarding insurance requirements. If you do not have a copy of this form, please complete our online help form or call our customer service department at (888) 599-1966, to arrange to have one sent to you.
Am I responsible for insuring the equipment?
You are responsible under the lease contract for obtaining insurance on all equipment leased from National Leasing and you are required to provide us with written proof of insurance. National Leasing will waive your obligation to obtain such insurance, as set out in the lease contract, provided that the lessee pays and continues to pay the applicable loss damage waiver fee to National Leasing during the term of the lease. Why have my payments increased?
You are responsible under the lease contract for obtaining insurance on all equipment leased from National Leasing and you are required to provide us with written proof of insurance.
