Lease Administration
Lease Administrators are responsible for ensuring the validity and accuracy of all documentation prior to any deal being added to our portfolio. They work in partnership with the sales force to ensure transactions are booked correctly within guaranteed time periods.
The Lease Administrators use their keen attention to detail in reviewing each deal to ensure all credit conditions have been met and verify that all proper documentation is in place. Once confirmed, this team also inputs the details of each transaction into the Lease Management System and authorizes Accounting to pay equipment suppliers, thus commencing the lease.
