The Project Managers, Analysts and Developers on this team are tasked with the challenging role of developing customized software exclusively for National Leasing and our partners.

The people in this group work very closely with the users in gathering requirements and designing first-class software that best meets the needs of the users. In addition, they are extremely reactive to the needs of the users in maintaining and amending software as requirements change.

The software designed by the BTC is the backbone of our business and key partnerships.

Technology Services Group (TSG)

TSG is a diverse group of professionals specializing in System Architecture, Quality Assurance, End-User and Network Support, Telecommunications and Security.

The members of the TSG provide high-level design and verification of the work done by the BTC. In addition, they provide the essential technical support to ensure all of our operating systems, networks and telecommunications are functioning efficiently, smoothly and securely.
