Providing professional, courteous and reliable service, the CSR’s are a key factor in making National Leasing a leader in customer service. Our CSR’s are highly-trained in all aspects of leasing and use specialized customer-management software to serve clients quickly and efficiently.
This team assists customers with a variety of questions such as general lease inquiries, payment term verifications and pre-authorized payment updates. Because requests come in via phone, fax and email, those who thrive on multi-tasking will excel in this fast-paced, motivating career.
The Customer Service team assists customers across Canada in both French and English as required. Providing solutions in a friendly and busy environment is what makes this career both challenging and rewarding.
