Collections is an exciting and challenging department made up of Collections Officers, Repossession Coordinators and Legal and Bankruptcy Specialists.

This team works together to ensure uncollected receivables remain low while still maintaining positive relationships with customers. Negotiating a reasonable repayment strategy with clients who are facing financial difficulties, while still protecting National Leasing’s interests, is the priority for this team. All collection calls are handled in a friendly, constructive and professional manner.
